Who We Are

This website, octagonwindows.us, is operated by Octagon Windows & Doors, a window and door installation company based in Mandeville, Louisiana. This policy explains what information the website collects, how we use it, and who else handles it. “We,” “our,” and “us” mean Octagon Windows & Doors.

Information You Send Us

When you fill out the contact form on our Contact page, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your property address, if you provide it
• The type of window or door project you are interested in
• Your message

Our Contact page also includes a scheduling request form provided by Jobber, the service we use to manage customer requests and appointments. Information you enter in that form, such as your contact details, address, and the work you are requesting, goes directly to Jobber.

If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

Information Collected Automatically

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site to you.

The site loads its text font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.

This website also loads the Google tag for Google Ads, which helps us measure how well our ads work. Google may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you visit on this site, and how you reached it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us to:

• Answer your questions and respond to quote requests
• Schedule and provide the window and door work you ask for
• Contact you about your request or service

We do not sell your personal information.

Who Else Handles Your Information

These companies handle information on our behalf or when their tools load on our site:

• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives and stores contact form submissions before they reach us
• Jobber, which receives requests sent through the scheduling form on our Contact page
• Google, which provides the website font and the Google Ads measurement described above

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and Browser Storage

The Google tag described above may set cookies used to measure our ads, and Google and Jobber may set their own cookies when their tools load. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account’s ad settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
